DeskScapes allows users to customize their PC wallpapers and screensavers with images and videos to create stunning visual results. In addition, you can use pre-made Windows 8 skins that allow you to customize the appearance of all windows at once, without wasting time manually creating or changing the appearance of each window.
Before you can set up wallpapers and screensavers in the Start menu, you need to change the interface language.
