I’m trying to figure out the best way to handle the situation where the user either has a cookie set or they don’t. I’ve created some code that was working, but then I discovered that some other code was sending the user to another page. Since we’re doing some testing, I want to make sure that the user always gets back to the same page after they’ve been logged in.
The specific problem I’m seeing is that the other code sends the user to a different page than what I was expecting. I was expecting the below script to only set the “logged in” cookie when it was set. Instead, it seems that it’s setting the cookie no matter what.
Here’s the script I currently have:
