Open Photoshop and open the template.

In the Layer panel, in the bottom right corner, click on the Expand button.

Open the palette and select the eyes and nose options.

With the W tool, create a few more gray circles. Select the new selection and fill it with #55A8BD.

Go to Select/Modify/Expand. Select the nose and fill it with #55A8BD.

Step 10

Go to Select/Modify/Inverse. Select the eye with a green circle on it. Fill it with #75ACD4.

Step 11

Duplicate the selection. Choose Type/Text/AI and type Happy. Select the text and transform it to 90%.

Step 12

Select the eyes and nose and fill it with #75ACD4.

Step 13

Click on the head layer and go to Layer/Layer Mask/Hide All Layers. Select the text layer, then go to Layer/Layer Mask/Show all Layers.

Step 14

In the Layers panel, go to Layer/Layer Mask/Hide All Layers. Select the word layer, then go to Layer/Layer Mask/Show all Layers.

Step 15

Select the text layer, go to Layer/Layer Mask/Hide All Layers and delete the text.

In the process of setting up a laboratory, processing hazardous samples and testing results, it is required to dispose of wastes for example in the form of used glassware, plastic containers, sample racks, test tubes, and so on. When a waste sample is analyzed, for example, by HPLC (high pressure liquid chromatography) or CE (capillary electrophoresis), usually a small amount of sample such as 5 milliliters or less is processed in a disposable cup, and the analysis is terminated. A waste sample, once disposed of, is not easily collected, and hence a number of methods have been studied in the past in connection with this problem.

The sampling container and the cooling vessel are evacuated by introducing a high pressure fluid, for example, in the annular gap between the outer cylinder and the inner cylinder. In the example below, the Burn tool removes the color from the fire truck. The Dodge tool combines it with the color of the truck.

The Split Levels tool takes the colors from the fire truck and separates them into three separate levels.

The Hand tool moves a copy of your hand over your image. You can then drag a section of your hand around the image to adjust it.

To undo your effect, select the Hand tool, and then select Clear All.

Select your image, and then choose Filter ▶ Adjust ▶ Brightness/Contrast.

Move the Brightness slider until all the noise is gone, and then slide the Contrast slider up to remove the clipping.

You can also use the Hand tool to remove things. For instance, you can remove a pimple from the side of your face.

In the example below, you can see the Hand tool making a copy of the pimple.

You can then use the Hand tool to pick up a piece of the pimple and move it over your face to remove the pimple.

You can also create a copy of a brush by choosing Brush ▶ Create a Brush, and then choosing Edit ▶ Create.

You can then choose Brush ▶ Create a Custom Brush, and adjust the settings to suit your needs.

In the example below, you can see the brush that you created.

You can then use the brush to paint on a new, clean image, or to create a new image.
